Me my Husband and two children have been on 5 Haven Holidays in about as many years. My first was to Hastings Combe Haven. The Caravan was lovely, but the site was awful, our view out of the window was a land fill site and the children's play area smelt of pee. Since then we have had all good experiences. I would recommend upgrading the caravan, as the basic doesn't come with heating in the bedrooms.
My Kids love the shows and it's nice to relax while they are being entertained.
